New Fucoidan Research! Anti-Flu Action of Fucoidan

New fucoidan research is in!

Holistic organic Fucopia pet supplement inhibits flu!As we all know, the flu epidemic in 2018 has been very bad, including the dog flu that has also been spreading.

Scientific Reports published a study with results showing that fucoidan effectively blocked infection from the influenza A virus SUPERIOR to the drug Amantadine! Fucoidan not only inhibited the virus, it inactivated virus particles BEFORE infection and blocked some stages of the viruses life cycle!  The results of this study were so strong they concluded fucoidan has the “potential to be developed into a novel nasal drop or spray for prevention and treatment of influenza in the future.”  This is another good reason to include holistic organic fucoidan rich Fucopia in your pet’s daily diet!

The latest anti-cancer research from the University of Louisville, KY has found that “Fucoidans have strong immunostimulating potential, including inhibition of cancer”.

Integrative Cancer Therapies also published a clinical study using fucoidan on patients with advanced cancer. The study was the first showing evidence that fucoidan had anti-inflammatory effects that improved quality of life in patients with advanced cancer.

New fucoidan research finds bones healing benefits!Bone Repair research published in the Journal for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine

Research found that “fucoidan accelerated new blood vessel formation and partially promoted bone formation”.  This study in particular is the first to find the theraputic potential for fucoidan in enhancing bone repair!

Another exciting study done by Marine Drugs

found that wounds treated topically with a fucoidan extract promoted healing through anti-flammatory action, antioxidant properties, and growth factor activities.
